November 7, 2020  Sunny November Weather and Looking Forward to Better Times

Here in Western Michigan we are having a stretch of unusually warm sunny (for November) weather, so we are trying to spend some time outdoors working in the yard or just taking walks around the neighborhood. Meanwhile, we are trying to stay home and out of public spaces as much as we can in order to keep ourselves and others safe. People close to us have been stricken with Covid-19, so we feel that our caution is justified.

Tonight, November 7, 2020, will be our 33rd consecutive live-streamed Saturday night concert from our home. Friends and fans like you have been very supportive of these concerts with their attendance and voluntary monetary donations via the Paypal link provided. We will continue to perform these concerts every Saturday until further notice as we are able and circumstances allow. All are welcome. So far, all but a very few have been streamed directly only to our Facebook page. A few, in cooperation with a venue or organization, have also live-streamed to other pages and Youtube. You can catch us any Saturday night at 8:00 Eastern via our Facebook page here:  https://www.facebook.com/RuthAndMaxBloomquistMusic/live_videos. Most of these concerts are archived there, too, so if you'd like to check them out at your leisure just follow the link.

Meanwhile, next Sunday morning, Nov. 15, we will stream live music for the Sunday morning gathering of C3 - West Michigan's Inclusive Spiritual Connection. This will also be viewable via our Facebook page linked above and via theirs at https://www.facebook.com/c3westmi/. The gathering begins at 10:00 a.m. with music beginning after the morning's message.

In December, we look forward to a virtual performance for Grand Haven's Loutit Public Library (pre-recorded) starting on December 6 and available on their website for six weeks. Then in January, Muskegon's Hackley Public Library hosts us for a live-streamed concert on the 25th of that month. We hope you will look for these and support them, and we will try to give you reminders.

Thank you all for being there for us. Please stay safe and look forward to better times.

Ruth and Max
